Title: Mission Impossible: Finding the Right Volunteers for the Right Job

Description:

It is not a surprise that volunteers are essential to the success of many non-profit agencies. From hospital accompaniment to fundraising, the majority of organizations could not function without their volunteers. So why is it so hard to find the right volunteers? And when you do find them, how do you keep them engaged? What about the ones who want to volunteer, but are not quite right for the job?! With all the different obstacles that come up when recruiting volunteers, sometimes it can seem easier to just do it all yourself! Resist the urge of taking it all on! While it may seem impossible at times, there are some helpful steps you can take to revamp your program and create a robust base of volunteers.  This webinar will discuss some practical tools and techniques that will help you revive your current volunteer base and recruit new volunteers.
