Time: 10:00-11:30 AM

Presenter: Alex Perotti & Kim Farbo

Webinar Description:

NOTE: If you attended this training in January please do not register in order to allow others to attend.  We are repeating this training because it was full in January.

This training will look at the dynamics of sexual assault and how trauma affects victims. We will demonstrate how to communicate with victims to reduce the chance of re-traumatization during law enforcement encounters. Although this webinar focuses on law enforcement, the techniques are universal and will assist any person that works closely with victims of sexual assault and violent crimes. This webinar is presented by Kim Farbo a retired Sex Crimes detective from the Austin Police Department and Alex Perotti an ex-military human intelligence specialist.
